- JWJennifer Whitlock4 days ago1.0Horrible experience do not got to this location! Employees did nothing but sit there and talk about another employee in front of me. Burnt the bagel I ordered and never asked if I wanted another bagel. They spent the first 5 min I was there waiting flirting with the manager. They are rude and was eating food right out of the container.

It was the slowest, and worse customer service, we have ever received. It was very obvious that the young woman helping us hated her job, and didn’t want to be there. I will not be going back to this location!

They’ve got plenty for veg heads & even some vegan options if you’re creative. I opted for pumpernickel bagel with avocado & tomato , yum. Don’t forget to snag some fresh OJ !
- WSWilliam ScurrahApr 5, 20262.0Poorly managed and inefficient. Sandwich makers seemed confused and overwhelmed. Ingredients ran out during midmorning rush; they apparently didn’t plan ahead. Took 20 minutes to get my one (1) plain bagel. Also not as sanitary as I would expect from experienced restaurant workers—they used the same knife to cut sandwiches and to open a packet of cheese slices without cleaning the blade before and after. Possibility of cross contamination. They need a good manager. I will go elsewhere in future.

One bagel sandwich was to have avocado on it( written on the slip). It didn't. Another was to have cream cheese. It had- and I'm not exaggerating, 1/2 teaspoon of cream cheese on it. The bagels themselves were good.
