- AHAnthony Hayne4 days ago2.0If I have to hear "taking care of business" playing in this store again I'm gonna lose it. I'll raise my review score if I can go a whole month without hearing it. So far it has been every time I've gone, no matter the time of day. Comprehending the ever-increasing prices of groceries is painful enough on it's own, we don't need any additional suffering. I'd honestly prefer silence. My thoughts aside, you should have more respect for your workers and not subject them to this level of petty psychological warfare. Every cashier or worker I've encountered here has been an angel, and they all deserve a pay raise.

She is the best when it comes to attention and friendliness to customers, for having the slicers clean, sanitized, and ready when the store opens (I shop early), and she is the reason I always look forward to shopping at Albertson's. Ivonne is fun, friendly, has a great sense of humor, and her work ethics are the best. She's great in all the ways an employee should be great and I just wanted to let you know that she is a real gem, how much I appreciate her, and hope that you do, too.
- AAAaliyahMar 29, 20261.0I went shopping this weekend 3/29 with my boyfriend and the girl in customer service with tattoos Amy was following me around the whole store watching me and my boyfriend for no reason. My boyfriend is black so I am sure that is why. When we got to the self check out, there was an employee and a manager there already and when I started ringing my stuff up, Amy walked over the to other manager and they were both starring at us scan our items. This made us feel very uncomfortable. This isnt the first time this has happened with Amy. She is racial profiling customers and that shouldnt be ok. I will no longer shop there. I should be able to go into my neighborhood grocery store with my boyfriend and and not be watched. The store needs to train the employees on how to treat customers. Amy should not be customer facing if she cant put aside her racial views.

The bathrooms were really sad with like perma dirt and falling apart. Sure wish the would work on upgrading to the higher standard that I used to put them at.
