- TPThe PondApr 27, 20201.0Today, I ordered a cold cut combo for $2.99 on their sign. When I went to pay, lady tells me it’s $9.xx. I said I ordered the 6” cold cut combo for $2.99. She says you ordered the cold cut club. I said no, I know what I ordered. Lady says then go back in line. When I said why are you making me something other than what I asked for, it’s your mistake, I’m not paying that. She said we”re not serving you, leave. Employees must be hard of hearing there and the cashier did not have a customer service voice. She had a mean man voice. She didn’t try to resolve the issue and apologize for their mistake. She had an attitude of “our way or the highway” and “we are right, you’re wrong”. This is not customer service. The cashier needs to be retrained.
