  I went to Sonic on 12/26/25 . Only got drinks, Was given the wrong change. recently the customer service has been awful. The only good thing about here is the food and drinks, the staff just gives sonic a bad rap

  This place had me so angry I don't even know how They are still operational. First of all we had been driving for a while on our way back to Wyoming and we pulled up to the traditional place to park at Sonic. No buttons on any of the pull up order spots, they advertised on the big huge sign that they had certain items and did not have those items matter of fact, they didn't have anything that I wanted on their menu. It was on the menu but they didn't have it available. In my honest opinion I believe it was after 8:00 at night and they just didn't feel like cooking anything that wasn't fried or making slushies. They had people walking through their parking lots. Panhandling just just a bad experience. I honestly don't know why Sonic allows these people to carry their name as a franchise because that place is horrible

  This place is not a good place to get food first of all the have a sign offering items that they don't have, no buttons on the menu boards and the service and food was bad as well. Don't go here they should be ashamed of even being open. If you don't enjoy your job or place of business quit. Sonic in my opinion needs to reconsider even allowing this place to carry their name.

  Waited 10 mins at the drive thru window for one burger. Cashier didnt even say "sorry for the wait' atleast. Just handed me the bag. so not the best experience.
