- YRY Romero5 days ago1.0This is usually my favorite location to go to Dutch. All I needed was to pick up my mobile order. I went around 10am. The girl giving out the drinks had an attitude. When I told her I was there for a mobile order and the name she just stared at me. I repeated it a couple more times thinking she didn’t hear me. She continued to stare without saying anything or acknowledging me. At this point I did not know why she kept staring. Finally after the fifth time of repeating myself she said “next time speak louder”. How am I going to know you don’t hear me if you don’t even greet the customer or respond? This individual need to work on their customer service skills.

They are always friendly, personable, and incredibly efficient, no matter how busy they are. They make you feel welcome from the moment you pull up, and their positive energy is contagious. On top of that, the drinks are consistently delicious. No surprises, no hit-or-miss orders—just perfectly made beverages every single time. Great service, great quality, and an all-around awesome experience. This location sets the bar high, and they absolutely nail it! Shoot out to Kate, Benny, and the new addition Bella! You guys are the absolute best it!

The employee who took my order was unwelcoming with poor attitude, and the staff at the window also appeared disengaged. The usual positive energy I associate with Dutch Bros just wasn’t there. I was disappointed because I’ve come to expect great service from this brand. I understand people don’t always have good days, but when the entire staff seemed rude, it made the experience uncomfortable. Based on this visit, I don’t plan on returning to this particular location.

Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
