  I had a really disappointing experience with this Wendy's and what made it worse was how it was handled afterward. I reached out to customer service and was told that the franchise owner would be contacting me regarding a refund. It’s now been three months, and I have not heard from anyone at all. The lack of follow-up and accountability is frustrating and honestly shows a breakdown in communication between corporate and their franchise locations. I expected much better from a company of this size. As a former employee, it’s also disappointing to see how much the quality of both the food and service has declined over the years. This experience just confirmed that things aren’t what they used to be. Because of this situation, I won’t be returning to this Wendy’s. If customer concerns are going to be ignored like this, it’s not worth the time or money.

  It’s been over a year, and they still can’t get an order right. I have a feeling this location will be closed sooner than later. Just go to Chik Fil a or McDonalds across the street if you want to get what you ordered correctly.

  Not a good place for breakfast of the 5 times I've been there since working on this side of town. They haven't been open. One reason or the other. Its a waste of time.

  Whoever designed this drive-through needs to have their head checked. As you drive into the drive-through, it is so close to the building that there is no place to put the giant digital menu board. Resulting in you being so incredibly close to the menu it’s hard to navigate. If they don’t fix this, their drive-through is going to get backed up at a busy time. What a stupid design. The guy working the drive-through was super friendly and nice, but whoever designed the building made a huge mistake. I went through the drive-through because I wanted it to be quick. I ordered a basic sandwich. And French toast sticks I paid and I was asked to pull forward while I wait for the food to be cooking. I have been sitting here long enough to write the review. Wait another five minutes and then edit the review. I am ready to just drive away. And just go purchase food somewhere else. If you have to wait this long, what’s the point of having a drive-through.
