  I don't know where to start. I believe that the guy was high. I asked for one of my subs not to be toasted but he toasted both. I asked for mayo he said he had to go get it ok fine he was gone 3 4 minutes and I asked him could he please change his gloves he gave me a look then he did change them I thanked him then he changed them again still handling my same food which I thought was petty but whatever I thanked him again now it's time to check out I put in my phone number and I asked if I had rewards and he stared at me then I asked for my receipt and he was hesitant to give it to me and I gave him a look and said now hand me my receipt because you know I'm going to call corporate.

  I ordered a Footlong and a 6-inch Philly Cheesesteak on Italian bread. However, the female staff member started making a completely different sandwich. Even though I repeated my order multiple times, she was wearing earbuds and seemed to be ignoring me, proceeding based on her own assumptions." ​"When I asked what she was making, she casually replied, 'It’s chicken, right?' as if it were my mistake. When I corrected her, she didn't apologize and instead asked with a smirk, 'Should I redo it?' I declined because I didn't want my sandwich made on bread that already had chicken on it.

  Had a bad experience here. Ordered a ham and cheese footlong sub and it had metal baked into the bread. I ate most of it before I found it at the end of my sub. Hopefully I didn’t eat any.
