  Wish I could leave a better review, but quite frankly the atmosphere was lacking. Because the two members in the back didn’t want to help the girl in the front despite her making a three sandwich delivery order, then I walk in (the back ignores me) and then the doordash starts to beep meaning more orders (the front girl let it beep for over three minutes too as a wake up call to the back and her - she could have a) asked for help b) accepted defeat and turn it off instead of allowing it to keep going) - all this means because the back wouldn’t help the one girl in the front that means she wouldn’t help me. She refused to serve me Italian herb and cheese because it’s “cooling” meanwhile I can tell it’s been sitting there long enough to serve anyway and she didn’t even try to touch it, see if it was good enough to cut, and she refused to give me the meal of the day claiming it’s still “Tuesday” when clearly just because it’s at night doesn’t mean my phone won’t say today is Wednesday. Tuesday is tuna but since it’s a highly allergic seafood, why can’t they allow you to get sweet onion teriyaki when it is in fact Wednesday? Do better, all of you. It’s a team, act like it. It’s customer’s choice, serve it. Oh, also I was just going to call instead of leaving a bad review but I called five times in a row and they didn’t pick up once. Why have a phone number if you don’t answer the phone?? Could have saved you another bad review.

  Never been here in the day time, usually I'm coming by late at night. Today I had the pleasure meeting Jordan, He's one of the really cool guys running the graveyard shift. Jordan kept the area clean and the line running smooth. Definitely one of my top midnight spots to eat, and to recommend in Tempe.

  Kaylea, and Monique are doing an awesome job. Best customer service in the valley, and the food is great. Everything is fresh, and flavorful. Enjoying a spicy Italian with ruffles baked cheddar & sour cream.
