  We just ordered ahakea from their menu but they were not mixed up very good so most of the shake was vanilla ice cream instead of strawberry banana and it took them a bit longer to get to the car with our shakes but overall it was a good experience and the wait staff was friendly and had a nice demeanor.

  They wanted to charge extra for a side of marinara sauce with the mozzarella sticks. That is insane. Will never go back to here again.

  All I asked for was a sonic oreo blast. Somehow, I keep getting a completely different order. First time I ordered it, they gave me an M&M blast. Second time I have ordered, there was oreos on top and then inside there was some other type of chocolate that definitely was not oreo (I couldn't even tell what it was cause it seemed like every ingredient was added besides oreos). This location is extremely inconsistent and definitely do not recommend.

  Last night March 19th at around 10:30 pm my Husband and I ordered 4 items and was charged the wrong amount to my debit card. We were asked to pull over to provide my First and Last name, phone number and Last 4 digits of my debit card. The shift leader Evan wrote this down on a piece of paper and told us my card would be reimbursed for the inconvenience. Although, we were not told how long that would take and we were not given a receipt. So we pulled around and parked closer to to the kitchen and window entrance and asked to speak to the Manager again. Another employee stepped out to converse with my Husband and we were finally told that this was something that happened to a few other customers this same night. We were also told that this reimbursement could not be done in cash or on the spot because their General Manager was not on site. Now, we are to expect $49.23 back onto my debit card within 3-5 business days or even up to 2 weeks according to a customer who frequent this specific establishment as their wife went through the same situation. The incident really upset us and I have not received a courtesy call or message regarding the transaction.
