Worst customer service I have had in a while. Been to this location multiple times and always wait 20 to 30 minites after my suggested pickup time in the app. I dont have these issues at other locations so not sure why this one is so bad.
I’m writing this to make sure the right employee gets recognized—she has tattoos on her face, and she was working the late shift tonight.
This place was absolutely slammed—cars lined up, nonstop orders, total chaos—and she was the one keeping everything moving. From what I could see, she was everywhere at once: hustling between orders, staying organized, and pushing through the rush without missing a beat.
You could tell she was working incredibly hard—like genuinely giving it everything she had. At one point I honestly thought she might start sweating from how nonstop she was going, but she never slowed down. No attitude, no frustration—just pure work ethic and focus.
I didn’t catch her name, but she stood out immediately because of how hard she was working. Employees like that are rare, and she deserves real recognition. If management sees this: she is a huge asset to your team.

I rarely eat out but the other night had a taste for a limeade [cherry, strawberry and cranberry]. I pulled into the location #15 stall and Hailey answered and I provided the above request with a dash of raspberry. She provided the total it never came on the screen, and she asked if card or cash I indicated card. So stoll nothing on the screen, so after like 5-6 minutes and no cars other than mine in the parking lot. I started backing out to get a view of the kitchen. No knowing I had locked eyes with the person holding my beverage described and busy chatting with others in the store. When she noticed me she ran outside and read off the drink. As she approached my car I'm in the middle of the driveway now not I'm stall #15 anymore, because now I have no taste for the treat I was giving myself that night. I asked do you know that gas ⛽️ prices are almost $9.99 a gallon and your in there talking while I wait on a beverage that takes what 2 minutes? So I handed her my card and she indicated she would be back because she has to run it. I'm near the stall #15 can you slide my card you asked me on the speaker. She replied "I don't have my ID or don't remember my ID#". I'm libid now, ok now more time my care is running and hot outside. I said just give my card back and I'll give you cash. I handed her a $5 dollar bill and started to get change l. So she ask can I have the receipt back to get the total? I asked you just told me the price $5.18 😒 and you've forgotten that quick? She jester an laugh 😃 mybrain, so i asked do you smoke weed? You are too younge to not be remembering details and its a beverage. I handed her a dime and some pennies, but let her know i would be filing a complaintit was the worse service and duringa hard economic era everything counts.I now wish the card was used to get a full refund. I do not want to revisit that location ever again from this experience. I hope she learned from a customer like myself. Good luck Sonic and Hailey. FYI my chevk#381 abd had stall#14 on the ticket on 3/27/2026 #10250 Hailey P.

Had one of the worst experiences ever at this Sonic yesterday. Ordered ahead of time online. A sweet tea and an unsweet tea. Not exactly a difficult order. Waited way longer than we should have for an order-ahead of only two drinks. They finally get to the car, there is no ice in either drink. Fine, whatever. Then we each took a sip. Both unsweet. I flagged down a carhop, let her know the problem. Another guys comes out to the car, and asks if we ordered the two unsweet teas. I said no, one of each, and we had the receipt to show that was the order. He takes the drink back and heads inside. He comes back out, again way longer than it should have been, and hands me back the same cup, same straw everything. That's a red flag. Situations like this should always be new cup, new straw, because I have no idea if that drink has been tampered with now. I risk it, because I'm thirsty, and realize that all he did was take my incorrect tea, add a little bit of ice and a couple of sugar packets. Sugar hadn't dissolved in the cold beverage, so it was grainy, and the rest of the tea was unsweet. If I hadn't had a food order waiting for me elsewhere that was getting cold, I would have pulled back in and asked for a manager on the spot. If they were out of sweet tea, fine, give me the option to choose something else. But there was no communication, and overall pretty poor service.
