  I legit never, ever write bad reviews. In fact, even if the food I order turns out horrific, I just throw it away and go on with my life. Well, tonight will be the first time I write a review. At 9:49 PM, I accidentally placed a carryout order. Realizing my mistake, I called less than a minute later. After 10 min on the phone, the person I spoke with said she switched it to delivery. I apologized and offered to Venmo the driver extra money on top of the 22% I already tipped. Fast forward to 11:30 PM and still no pizza, so I call. It rings and rings, then disconnects. Thinking they might be busy, I wait 10 minutes later, and call again but the same thing happens. This repeated one more time. So now I'm sitting here at 12:02 PM and waiting on an order from Domino's that will he here in 18 min. If the owners of this store actually care to review it, my order number at Pizza Hut was 165374776. And to the driver, you missed out on what would have been a 70% tip. Kudos.

  This store has sucked tremendously since Asia has left , The food is not as good at all, not fresh, & doesn’t even look half as good as when she made it & my wait time is way longer then it usually is. The customer service is horrible ,it’s just all an epic fail . You seriously need to bring her back , she 100% made this store thrive.
