  My order was completely missing Chicken nuggets which I paid for. And there’s no way to get a refund without driving back to the store. Frustrating..

  I’ve been coming here since I was a kid since it’s nearby. At the closing shift on Sunday, I met the nicest person at the drive thru. He asked me about my day and was a great person to talk to. Great at work, if anyone needs a raise, it was him! I just wish I asked for his name, but there was a line and I didn’t want to hold it up.

  I went at 6:30 in the morning and was told I had to wait because they were still making sandwiches. Seriously? Its the morning and it was not a long line. I can't wait 5-10 minutes for you to start firing up the grill.. Mind you this was a mobile order. I had problems with this location before and this solidifies it. The 2 locations on priest (the Elliot and the Ray rd) are slow, they don't get orders right and now just flat out incompetent because you can't do the job. I only come for breakfast but I will stop that now. And on top of that the app didn't cancel the order as I kept trying to do so they took my money. I am over the clown and his shenanigans.

  Definitely not going back to that location again. Placed my online order through the app. The ticket on the bag gives specific details on the amount of items in the bag and they still got it wrong. For starters, they missed all 4 of the hashbrowns I am also specific on the amount of sauces I order due to the ratio per item, they couldn’t even follow those directions either. The kid that helped looked and acted like he wasn’t even mentally there. The food was older than it should and had clearly been sitting and the biscuits are over cooked too hard. Half the burrito tortilla is hard. The best part about the store was the giant amount of fresh puke outside by the door that they didn’t seem to care about Go up the road to another location
