  I was standing in the drive-through line to place an order. There was a man who kept laughing because my English wasn't very good; every time I asked him a question, he would reply, "I don't know" or "I don't remember," and then laugh. He also gave me the wrong order. He continued to laugh simply because my English wasn't good.

  Even though though they messed up by putting onions on my burger when I asked for it to be fixed they did. The customer service was way better than expected. Typically, in my experience, they can be rude about it. Great job her with making the customer happy

  Best McDonald's experience ever!!! I wish they all took as much pride in service and freshness as this one did...I have never had anything like it!!! 5 ⭐ Best service and food I have ever had in 54 years of life at McDonald's

  I would rate them zero stars if I could. Let's elaborate. A couple of days ago I made my way into the building to order food. My daughter's mom lives in New York and decided that she was going to order food off of her card because I was having a diabetic episode due to not eating. The late night manager that was there was the most disrespectful human being I have had the disprivledge of coming into contact with. No regard, no respect, extremely unprofessional and made my experience horrific on an epic astronomical scale. I've never had an issue with having my order placed and getting my food in the even but he decided that he wasn't going to lift a finger to help me after the food was paid for and proceeded to deny me service telling me to get out or he was going to call the cops, why he would threaten me because he e clearly doesn't want to do his job is beyond me and the discrimination in the event was extremely disrespectful. He is facing a lawsuit for how awful he treated me and for not helping me when I was having a diabetic episode. Fire Averon or I will contact the Arizona commissions office and promise I will take this to another level. I was a regular there and would come into eat and have a positive experience but you store failed in providing excellence and professional courtesy towards the very people who do business with you. The only reason that your store functions is because of customer satisfaction otherwise you lose clientele and you have certainly lost my business. I guarantee you that I will never again do business with your store and refuse to deal with the people at the University's disrespect ungracious total disrespect and lack of regard.

  Everything was great. Unfortunately, their shake machine is broken. It's strange how often shake machines seem to break at most of the fast food restaurants. These restaurants should get reimbursed by the company who makes them. They have got to be missing out on large amounts of money due to this regular problem, I just expect the fast food places to say 'the shake machine is broken' when I order a shake! Of course it is. Shake machine building reverted or lack of work ethics🤔
