  Genuinely astounded by the completely unprompted attitude I just got from the woman over the speaker at the drive thru. I attempted to place the same order I've made multiple times before and I guess she was having a bad night and i needed to be a part of that?

  No cashiers available, only option is to order at the kiosk. No staff interactions or help available. Not my favorite format for a restaurant. Except at least a little customer service.

  This rating is for customer service. I ordered on the app, did a pick up through the drive through and it went super smooth until I got home and realized I was missing an item. Just PSA, check your bags before you leave the parking lot. I called the location and the woman I spoke to was quick to confirm my order, ask if I wanted it refunded or to pick up the missing item. I opted to pick it up and drove back. They had it for me when I went through the drive in. Things happen, but they made it right and that’s all I care about.

  This is quite possibly the most poorly managed establishment that I've ever come across. Every time I come here, and it's typically through the way of ordering ahead of time, I'm waiting and exorbitant amount of time, every time, regardless of how big or small my order is. It is embarrassing that a business would run this way and still continue to be open.

  Went thru the drive thru on Thurs March 12th 2026 and after we ordered, we were told to drive off property and park on the side street by a light pole and wait for our order (in their defense, they were painting the concrete where you would normally wait for your order). After 8-9 minutes and watching a dozen+ other cars behind us get their order, I left my family on the side of the road and walked inside and let them know we were the ones waiting outside who never got our order. They said they were waiting for the parties to cook. Odd it takes 10+ min to cook a patty at McDonalds. Especially since I worked at Wendy’s in college and know it doesn’t take that long. Burgers were fresh, fries were cold. Didn’t want to wait another 10 min for fresh fries and then the burgers be cold. Part of this is my fault because I didn’t ask for my receipt when I paid. I’ll never make that mistake again. We were the McDouble combo with a large Diet Coke upgrade, the #3 combo, and a single double quarter pounder. You you look at the orders from yesterday around 1:30pm you should find ours. Hopefully this location was just having an off day. Will not be returning to this location.
