  Went in to get lunch.waited 8 min before an employee came the register. Tried to order my food then the cashier tell me they have NO fountain drinks. When I ask when they would have them she said didn't know & it was broke since yesterday. Only coffee,tea or Powerade. Who wants coffee with a burger and fries. I've been a Ast. Manager for Jack in the box, Wendy's, Del Taco & Burger King... How is it you don't have a tech person out right in the morning to fix these kind of things. Over a day no fountain drinks Not Good For Business. I'll never go back to that McDonald's again.

  I am a transgender woman who's had the surgery and had legal stuff done too and the manager with the scooter forced me to use the male restroom. If service is like this I will make sure this mc Donald's is taken down so fast.

  I’ve been here more than a few times. Every time I went here it was always inside the restaurant, with the exception of the last time. Whenever I visited on the inside things always went fairly good. The food was great (as it always is here), the service was good and the atmosphere was decent. However, the last time I went here, which was through the drive through, even though the food was great, I was shorted the cookies I had ordered. I called this location after I noticed my cookies were missing. I was able to talk to the manager and get things sorted out. However, the manager did something very disrespectful to me over the phone. After some time and some consideration the next day I decided to not go pick up my cookies that morning. The food I was given the previous day was good and the service was okay. The atmosphere was pretty much what I experienced after a couple of other drive through experiences I had after this one.

  Very bad customer service Doesn't have plastic bags to take leftover food, WILL NOT GIVE YOU BATHROOM CODE, CUSTOMER BATHRPOM CODE, CUSTOMER MUST BE LET IN BY MCDONALD'S STAFF; MAKING INDIVIDUAL FEEL LIKE THEIR INCOMPETENT. Other MCDONALD'S have been too give you a code. Staff says that its above their paygrade admits the reason why they won't give customers the code to bathroom

  For some reason this McDonald’s is the freshest, hottest and best tasting one I have ever been to in my life. I don’t know what they’re doing different but the rest need to take notes. Fries are always hot and crispy and perfect, burgers are great! Nothing is stale or tastes like it sat out.
