  I ordered breakfast and five orange juices. The OJ took longer than the meal. It turned out they were watering down the orange juice. I'm guessing they just didn't have enough OJ but they could have told us that instead of selling us orange flavored water

  I had a really bad experience at McDonald’s today. I ordered through the mobile app, entered my table number, and sat down with my headphones on expecting table service. After waiting quite a while, I took off my headphones only to realize the staff had been loudly shouting my name at the counter instead of bringing the order to my table. From where I was sitting, the counter isn’t even visible, so there was no way I could’ve known. When I finally went up, the employee saw me and just walked away without saying anything. I had to grab my own order, and that’s when things got worse. I had ordered mayonnaise, but it wasn’t included. My Diet Coke came without a straw, and there were no straws or soda station accessible nearby, so I had to wait again just to get one. There were also no napkins provided. On top of that, the order was completely messed up. I asked for just a few ketchup packets and got what felt like 30 or 40. I ordered one grape item and received multiple extras. Same with butter, I got six or seven when I only needed one. It was sloppy and wasteful. To make things even more frustrating, another customer who ordered after me through the app actually got their food delivered to their table properly. So clearly, the service is inconsistent at best. Overall, this was a disorganized, frustrating experience with poor attention to detail and customer service. Definitely not what I expect when ordering through the app.

  Another "as expected" visit to McDonald's. The food the facilities and the atmosphere were in line with what I've come to expect at a McDonald's restaurant. Since nothing stood out either positively or negatively, the restaurant earns a solid three star rating. This indicates my expectations were met. Had I been disappointe, the rating would have been reduced accordingly. Pleasantly surprising me would have earned an additional star. But the business would have to knock my socks off to earn that fifth star. It's the terminal high score and indicates little to no room for improvement.

  I visited the Tempe location (1429 W Baseline Rd) around 7:40 PM specifically for the PlayPlace, and it was already closed. The posted sign says it’s only closed from 2pm–3pm for cleaning. An employee mentioned it was closed early for deep cleaning, but there was no notice. We went out of our way for this, so it was disappointing. I have a photo showing the posted hours. Please look into this.
