  Second time in two weeks I’ve had a disappointing experience. I ordered a sandwich for pickup (not drive-thru, one visit was in Chandler), and while the staff were friendly at first, their attitude noticeably changed once they realized I wasn’t leaving a tip on a $13 sandwich that I had to do the work to get. The interaction quickly turned cold and dismissive. At the Chandler location, it went further. The bread was clearly not fresh, extremely hard and dry, and the sandwich itself tasted off to the point I didn’t eat it. Prices have gone from around $6 to $13, which is already a big jump, but expecting a tip for a basic pickup order on top of that feels unreasonable. I understand tipping for exceptional service, but not as an expectation for standard counter service. Overall, the combination of declining food quality, rising prices, and poor customer experience makes it hard to return. I feel management must tell these kids they will also make tips which is unfair to the customer and to the employees. Tipping has gone way overboard.

  What used to be labeled as "Freaky Fast", is now a slow disaster now that Uber Eats is delivering for them. I just watched my delivery driver accept the order from 4 miles away from the location, drive all the way there, only to reject the order. Now they've found another driver, over a mile away. By the time it gets here, my sandwich will have been sitting for 45 minutes from the time it was made.

  Online says they close at midnight. I put in a pick up for 10:30 at 8:15pm. Drove 5 miles in the opposite direction of home to pick up and they were closed. They could have cancelled my order if they closed before 9pm like most Jimmy John’s here do, but they didn’t.
