During that time, the employee had their microphone on and was having a casual conversation with a coworker. When I was finally acknowledged, the employee answered briefly, then went right back to chatting instead of taking my order. It genuinely felt like my business wasn’t wanted, so I left and ate elsewhere. There were no other customers at the time, which makes the lack of professionalism even more disappointing. This location seriously needs stronger management oversight and retraining for its staff. If the indifference—or outright disregard—toward customers continues, it’s hard to see how this store will stay in business.
