  Whoever designed this drive-through needs to have their head checked. As you drive into the drive-through, it is so close to the building that there is no place to put the giant digital menu board. Resulting in you being so incredibly close to the menu it’s hard to navigate. If they don’t fix this, their drive-through is going to get backed up at a busy time. What a stupid design. The guy working the drive-through was super friendly and nice, but whoever designed the building made a huge mistake. I went through the drive-through because I wanted it to be quick. I ordered a basic sandwich. And French toast sticks I paid and I was asked to pull forward while I wait for the food to be cooking. I have been sitting here long enough to write the review. Wait another five minutes and then edit the review. I am ready to just drive away. And just go purchase food somewhere else. If you have to wait this long, what’s the point of having a drive-through.

  Ayline was very helpful and kind. Very polite & patient with us. Food came out in about 5 minutes and the frostys were amazing. Will be coming back for another biggie bag ❤️

  Nothing about this is a big bacon classic. Fries are cold and bland with no salt plus no sauce for my tenders after asking for some. Restaurant looks nice from the outside but is it that hard to read a monitor and place it in the bag.

  Every time I come here I have to wait 5-10 minutes for my food that is not right there is no excuse for that, this is the worst Wendy’s, there’s one down the street go to that one do not give these people your money

  I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this Wendy’s. We waited almost 30 minutes for our food and were repeatedly told it was “still cooking.” And eventually they admitted to “forgetting” to make it after 25 minutes of placing the order. This is supposed to be fast food, not a sit-down restaurant. If wait times are going to be this long, that needs to be communicated upfront instead of wasting customers’ time. On top of the excessive wait, the drink quality was unacceptable. I had my drink remade twice, and it was still so bad that I eventually gave up and ordered something completely different. That should never happen—especially with something as basic as a coffee. Then when I went to get a fountain soda, their flavors were out! If this location can’t handle a regular influx of customers, maintain drink machines, or deliver food in a reasonable time, then serious changes need to be made. Customers shouldn’t have to lower their standards just to get a basic meal. This was easily one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve had.
