Regardless, this was the worst Taco Bell experience I've ever had. Suuuper disappointing. As soon as I walked in the kiosk and app were glitched. I went to the counter and nobody was there. Back to the kiosk, glitched. Back to the counter, NOBODY. I waited, and waited, just to be told, "Yeah, it glitches sometimes." So, I order at the counter, get my Luxe Box, and fiesta potatoes. The potatoes were soggy and tasted water logged. The crunchy taco was barely lukewarm (Couldn't even finish it) and the chulupa was literally cold. The chicken tasted like it came straight out of the walk-in fridge. I couldn't even bare to eat half of it.

Before we knew her name we would refer to her as our “Taco Bell grandma” 🤣 She always has a smile on her face and we always look forward to coming through the drive through when Bri is there! Our food has never been made wrong and it is always so fresh!
