  This has got to be the slowest service in the dining room. Everyone is always hanging out in the kitchen and drive thru like there's no front counter

  Didn’t give any hot sauce and dude on the intercom and at the window had an attitude. Why even have the option for hot sauce online if the worker is just going to ignore it? Bro made me park so he could walk it to me too. Probably to keep his numbers good even though there wasn’t a single car behind me.

  Two big issues: Per management (on shift managers 2/11 7PM), no water cups at this location. Completely legal to do, but in a state infamous for heatstroke it's a brainless business decision. Cups cost pennies, human life is precious, yet a few cents it more valuable than the person asking for water. I found this out during a paid transaction where I requested a water cup, then another person in the restaurant pointed out they were told the same thing. With all this said I would be less motivated to say anything if the food quality also hadn't gone significantly downhill; You're getting half of the food than what you got a year ago and they have no issue preparing stale ingredients for you, this is nothing like how this location was. In short; drive another couple miles to another location, this one has issues

  The quality and service of this location has gone down the drain since I last worked here. Fully staffed( everyone had manager shirts) yet no one could acknowledge me stood maybe 10 minutes before I could get my Mobile order. Food looked like slop from prison. Fries were old and greasy and my nuggets weren’t fully cooked.
