But I went in about 7pmish 10/14 they were super busy in the drive thru and I placed an online order. I didnt even mind have to wait as long as I did. The young man that was running the show was so courteous and apologetic about the wait. Team work was on point.

I informed him I only have cash and I would rather take my order at the counter, to which he replies no you can order on the kiosk and then afterwards pay up here. What's the big deal about taking my order face to face? Why is it that literally every Taco Bell in the city refuses to take people's orders face-to-face. It's only a matter of time before someone goes in and starts smashing those kiosks
