I had placed a mobile order as most people do these days and came in simply to pick it up. When I mentioned that I was there for an order under Alex Nero, Angie responded in a rude and condescending tone, asking if it was “correct on the screen.” I explained that the screen wasn’t working, but she repeated herself in a dismissive way.When I asked about a refund at the window, she stated that online refunds could only be done through the app, which I know isn’t accurate since I’ve had a refund processed directly at other locations before. I’ve already reached out to corporate regarding this issue, but I wanted to share my experience here as well.I hope management takes this as constructive feedback — customer service should make guests feel respected and valued. When they make it wrong and you bring it to their attention. They get very rude and degrade you. They say racist remarks and degrade you. Then they still make it wrong. Their management does not care as they do not respond to complaints. If you have any special needs or have any expectations to have your order correct not to be spoken down to or called racial slurs I would stay as far away from this Taco Bell as you can. There is one just down the road that treats you with respect will get your order correct and be happy your a customer.
