I had placed a mobile order as most people do these days and came in simply to pick it up. When I mentioned that I was there for an order under Alex Nero, Angie responded in a rude and condescending tone, asking if it was “correct on the screen.” I explained that the screen wasn’t working, but she repeated herself in a dismissive way.When I asked about a refund at the window, she stated that online refunds could only be done through the app, which I know isn’t accurate since I’ve had a refund processed directly at other locations before. I’ve already reached out to corporate regarding this issue, but I wanted to share my experience here as well.I hope management takes this as constructive feedback — customer service should make guests feel respected and valued. Unfortunately, this visit fell short of that standard. you guys should take notes from Dallas locations very friendly customer service in Texas
