    I had a great experience at Subway thanks to Karla. She was extremely friendly, patient, and professional throughout my visit. She made sure my order was exactly how I wanted it and kept a positive attitude the whole time. I always see this young lady working every day of the week that I come in she’s always on it and definitely knows what she’s doing. It’s clear she takes pride in her work. Employees like her truly make a difference and need a recognition.Thank you, Karla

    I ordered food and started eating in the lobby, and after we had already begun, an employee asked us to leave immediately. At no point were we informed that the lobby was closed. The restaurant itself closes at 9:00 PM, and this happened around 8:30 PM while we were still within business hours. The employee kept repeating that the lobby was closed, but this was never communicated when we ordered or when we sat down to eat. If the lobby was truly closed, that should have been clearly stated beforehand. Being asked to leave mid-meal was rude and unprofessional. Very disappointing experience at this Subway location. Both the employees were showing rude attitude. Corporate should look into this. This is seriously disgusting

    I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location. I arrived early and placed a pickup order. No one informed me that the lobby was closed. I opened my pickup, sat down, and started eating quietly without creating any mess. While I was in the middle of my meal, an employee suddenly told me I had to leave because the lobby was closed. I explained that I was already eating and asked if I could just finish my meal in two minutes since they still had about 15 minutes before closing. She said I could finish if I stood and ate. I stood up and continued eating, but then she came back and asked me to leave again, accusing me of “creating a mess,” which was not true at all. The whole situation was confusing, unprofessional, and embarrassing. If the lobby was closed, that should have been clearly communicated before allowing customers to open and start eating their food. I felt rushed out and treated unfairly for no valid reason. Very poor customer service. I won’t be returning to this location.

    “Excellent service at this Subway! The employees were attentive, patient, and really took their time to make sure my sandwich was perfect. The veggies were crisp, the bread was fresh, and the whole place felt clean and well-kept. I walked out satisfied and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend this location

    Worker was making a messy sandwich and smashing the bread. The way she was making it was not appetizing. Pushing the cheese down with her whole hand. I told her I would like the other lady to make my sandwich and she proceeded to argue with me. So disappointed.
