Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service here. Me and a friend ordered food and checked in at the same spot (which I've done previously and had no issues with, so clearly that has nothing to do with it), we watch as the workers inside are chatting on their phones as over half the spots fill up with people waiting for their food. I'm sitting there for about 30 minutes for my food, when the pick up time was 11pm and I had ordered at 10:54pm (I had ordered a footlong coney, mozzarella sticks, chili cheese tots, and a medium drink), ok. whatever. there's a lot of people here, and it seems like a lot of them had ordered a lot of food. I'll forgive them for that. what really irked me was that we waited AN HOUR for my friends food (4 mozzarella sticks and a mini drink) and was ONLY BROUGHT OUT when I left my car and asked them about it, to which they MAGICALLY immediately brought it out, cold. and not only that, the girl I asked about the food gave me attitude about it and rolled her eyes at me when I asked her to check on the order. I will NOT be coming back here again and I recommend none of you do either.

My favorite thing from Sonic is the Cherry-Limeade. What makes it so good is the ice! So, I guess my favorite thing is really the ice. I saw on Google it said this location was 24hrs and I'm like "that gotta be a mistake". So I went at 2am on purpose and guess what, it was open. Not only open, but it was busy. Doordash drivers and all.

I went up to the door because I'm a doordash driver and I showed him the name at which point they told me to wait outside so I did. They then looked at me through the door, shrugged their shoulders and put the food on the rack that doesn't have any warmers. So I drove through the drive-thru at just for the guy to tell me I need to go back up to the door so I come back around and they were just looking at me laughing. Rude and no customer centric atmosphere.

I've been coming to this location for a couple years, and it appears to have a high turnover. It often feels like new employees are put into busy shifts without enough training. Being in a college town, that’s understandable, but the lack of support really shows.
I do want to highlight that the parking lot runners are consistently polite and patient. They handle mistakes kindly and professionally, even when the kitchen frequently makes errors. Please don’t take frustrations out on the runners, they’re clearly doing their best.
My main concern is management and training. Employees who stay more than a few months seem to be moved into management roles without being given the tools to resolve issues when they arise.
Tonight, I came through the drive-thru with a paper “buy one, get one free of equal or lesser value” coupon that couldn’t be used in the app. Before ordering, I checked the app and saw that a medium Oreo Blast with extra toppings came out to $7.88 after tax. After waiting about 20 minutes, I was told my total was just over $9.
When I asked for clarification, I was shown that while one Blast was discounted, I was still being charged for the extra toppings on the second item. I explained that “equal or lesser value” is meant to include toppings, not just the base item. The manager's response was that this is just how it appears on the register, and that he didn't know how to ring it up the way the coupon stated.
Since I had $8 in cash and couldn’t be charged correctly, I had to leave without my order. This locations ongoing lack of training and leadership support will continue to create avoidable issues.
I was disgusted with the customer service at this Sonic.
We parked in the lot and tried to order using the ordering screen. We pressed the button and waited 15–20 minutes with no response at all. Eventually, I had to walk up to the window to ask if anyone was going to take our order. Instead of helping, the employee acted like that couldn’t happen and asked if I was sure I pressed the button, which made me feel blamed instead of helped.
We then went through the drive-through, where the same employee took our order while laughing the entire time. Her voice wasn’t clear, she never apologized, and we could see other employees inside laughing as well, which was extremely unprofessional.
At the pickup window, the employee didn’t greet us, didn’t acknowledge us when we said hi, and didn’t even look at us. He repeated the order, shut the window, handed us the food, and shut the window again. When we said thank you, he didn’t respond.
This experience was rude, uncomfortable, and completely unacceptable. I was genuinely disgusted with the lack of basic respect and customer service at this location, and I would not recommend it to anyone.
