We stood there for minutes at the deli while staff was purposely not making eye contact, you know because they won’t have to help us if they don’t see us. This went on for a few minutes til a female said “I’ll help you as soon as I’m finished here. Another male employee pulled up his pants and disappeared to the back of the deli. We decided to grab our groceries and try again in 15 minutes. When we made our way back, there was only one employee helping and a crowd of people. It doesn’t matter what time I go there, they always make sure to disappoint. Whether it’s the no eye contact or the heavy sigh when we ask for more than one item. This Safeway location has the worst customer service in the valley. I’m done with this location

I wish I knew the man's name but shout out to an employee who was stocking the freezer section. I was looking for a specific item and Safeway appeared to be out. This employee found me later in my shopping excursion and handed me the item I was looking for. So kind.
