  Ayer fui a consumir y la comida estaba muy buena es rápido y las cosas son frescas lo recomiendo y en mi opinión las malteadas están muy buenas también

  I ordered my food and drove up to the window to pay. I paid and got my drinks and was told to pay by the red gate that was by a whole bunch of people ordering by walking up. An extra 10 minutes later they bring my food. I didn't double check because it took 10 extra minutes to give it to me so it should be correct. They were missing the 6 piece cheesecake bites which was the reason I went there and I tried calling and of course no answer and you can't leave a message Thanks for ruining my Friday treat! Do better ! And a refund for what I paid for would be nice.

  We tried to use app for a BOGO deal on burgers but the app had technical difficulties (don’t add anything to cart besides the two burgers or it won’t apply discount) found out it didn’t apply after we checked out. The staff/service was above and beyond when they heard the app was not working properly. Visiting from out of town or I would come back again.

  Went through the drive through later in the evening; placed my order through the app - waitied 15 min to get to the window for them to tell me they only had fries. They told me that they had already selected the items that were not available and would be refunded in a few days - I asked to cancel the whole order and refund the entire thing. They gave me a phone number to call, so I did and they said they’d refund me in 2 -4 business days. It’s been 2 months and no refund. Stole $40 from me. Trying to dispute it now through my bank/ avoid this place / no part of the order was ever refunded btw
