I tried to speak to the manager, but he was more concerned with just getting me out. I called after leaving to speak to the general manager and he was in a meeting busy I asked that he gave a contact back to me. He never did I have not heard from him the burger was iffy and the fries were cold. I will not return to this establishment. I can't believe that the management will not contact us customer back

Over run plus they raised their prices so much! Then I came back here and ordered one and I don't know anywhere that compares to Portillo's!

We have to open everything up at the office, and try to figure out which ones are the large ones, or the regular size, and NO... it isn't that easy. Everyone over here gets mad because it is just a mess on the desk trying to size them, and it just takes the fun out of eating. It is just sad! Puhleeze just mark them and make your customers feel loved rather than abused, and now I'm a bad guy for offering to buy lunch at Portillos....thanks
