I ordered a coffee and cookie and one of the workers actually brought it to me as I was putting down my laptop on the table I chose. When I went to the bathroom, the table was already cleared off and wiped down before I got out. Even the other patrons were nice. Great visit!

There is no one to help you and you are forced to use the difficult kiosks which barely work. Apparently all the pagers have been stolen to let you know when your order is ready. The ordering, waiting and pick up area is poorly laid out and makes no sense. There are zero Christmas decorations up and no smiles to be given here.

The cashier basically told us that the offer doesn’t exist, sorry but false advertising. Pretty sure Panera has already been sued once for this. They truly need to shape up! I personally wouldn’t go back when they blatantly send out adds and do not honor them! Edit: Thank you for the response. More than one of us asked about the app and we were told that was not an option. Using the app would not have been an issue. You may want to advise your staff. Thank you.
