- DKDean Kay1 day ago2.0The store looks like it was built in 1989 and hasn’t been cleaned or updated since. The dining room is dirty and worn. There is no one to help you and you are forced to use the difficult kiosks which barely work. Apparently all the pagers have been stolen to let you know when your order is ready. The ordering, waiting and pick up area is poorly laid out and makes no sense. There are zero Christmas decorations up and no smiles to be given here.

The cashier basically told us that the offer doesn’t exist, sorry but false advertising. Pretty sure Panera has already been sued once for this. They truly need to shape up! I personally wouldn’t go back when they blatantly send out adds and do not honor them! Edit: Thank you for the response. More than one of us asked about the app and we were told that was not an option. Using the app would not have been an issue. You may want to advise your staff. Thank you.

To any feedback and she made.me feel unwelcomed this is the last time I step into this Panera bread I hope they shut it down and people realize their improvement that needs to be done in here
