After waiting 25 minutes for a salad in the drive thru with two cars in front of me and 5 minutes at the window staring at my order waiting for someone (guy in a backwards orange hat) to hand it to me I’m done. The only reason I received my order is due to waving my hands to get his attention. It’s sad Panera used to be great they’ve gone downhill in quality, service, and value over the last few years. There’s other options out there.
