Customer service is a bad enough to make me question if I should even eat my food. Race related comments should be kept between staff, not said loud enough for a customer to hear. I'll make sure to not order from here again, because who knows what they will do to your food if you're not like them? But at least I know now where not to give my business.

The kindest woman in the neighborhood was sharing the free food you all were giving her that's so kind of Panera we haven't seen or heard from her in past three days I was wondering if a few of us could pick up some items sometime this week? We would really appreciate it were thankful for the bibles and resources she gave us but it's like she just disappeared

The only downside about this place is the creepy guy on the green motorcycle coming in taking pictures of female customers and waiting nearby to follow them.

Went through the drive this evening. Time stamp on the receipt says 7:25. The guy at the drive through window (who ended up being the manager supposedly) politely asked us to pull ahead to one of the spots to wait for our food at 7:30. Finally at 7:45 we had to go inside to get our food from them. They were somewhat apologetic. They weren’t that busy with only two vehicles behind us in the drive through and maybe 5-10 customers inside. We get home and notice that food is missing. We have to drive back another 15 minutes to this Panera bread and ask for our missing food. The “manager” says that it isn’t his fault that part of our order is missing and disrespectfully says “well what do you want me to do about it” he continues to go on about blaming it on the “rush” and continues to say it’s our fault and not his. All while we can see employees moping around slower than a tortoise in the back during their supposed “rush”. Finally another employee hands us a bag with our missing food and some extra things for free while being 10x more apologetic than his “manager”. The “manager” asked if we wanted our money back and we said yes. He then went on to retract his statement and asks why we should get our money back and wouldn’t do it and continued to say it wasn’t his fault, it was ours.

I like to come here sometimes to do work. I have the sip subscription and it's definitely worth it if you like to drink coffee. I really like their iced coffee and they have good Wi-Fi. if you need to get some work done. The team members are also always really nice.
