Race related comments should be kept between staff, not said loud enough for a customer to hear. I'll make sure to not order from here again, because who knows what they will do to your food if you're not like them? But at least I know now where not to give my business.

The guy at the drive through window (who ended up being the manager supposedly) politely asked us to pull ahead to one of the spots to wait for our food at 7:30. Finally at 7:45 we had to go inside to get our food from them. They were somewhat apologetic. They weren’t that busy with only two vehicles behind us in the drive through and maybe 5-10 customers inside. We get home and notice that food is missing. We have to drive back another 15 minutes to this Panera bread and ask for our missing food. The “manager” says that it isn’t his fault that part of our order is missing and disrespectfully says “well what do you want me to do about it” he continues to go on about blaming it on the “rush” and continues to say it’s our fault and not his. All while we can see employees moping around slower than a tortoise in the back during their supposed “rush”. Finally another employee hands us a bag with our missing food and some extra things for free while being 10x more apologetic than his “manager”. The “manager” asked if we wanted our money back and we said yes. He then went on to retract his statement and asks why we should get our money back and wouldn’t do it and continued to say it wasn’t his fault, it was ours.
