  I walked in and walked right out. I'm not sure if corporate/ owner actually knows how horribly operated this location is run. Not only do they not have a working door which stays open. They run out of things constantly even ketchup. Management has to know and they don't care. Seriously have some pride, and do your job.

  The worst experience i have ever had at a McDonald's. Rural and baseline in tempe. The play area had puddles of spit on 2 different levels. My 3 kids all boys came and told me immediately. I went directly and informed the employee that took my order, she said that she would go look at it. We sat in our booth and ate and nobody ever came out to play area to look or clean.so gross. We were there an hour. We only received 3 napkins for 4 people eating. I had to go ask for more napkins received 3 more. I personally told other parents about play ground spit ,so there children would not accidentally play in it. This is a severe health violation. Hard to believe a corporation as big as McDonald's would ever allow this. Nobody took any action, except me. We won't even get into the filthy tables, floor or bathroom with my 5 year had to use. Under staffed or just poor quality employees??? No stars should be an option. We will never go there again and i will tell everyone i know

  Absolutely horrible customer service... Stood there for 12 minutes not a single acknowledgment that I was even there... Walked out took my money to Burger King...

  I am writing to report a negative experience I had at the drive-thru window during my recent visit to your McDonald’s location. I clearly and repeatedly stated my order multiple times. The staff member working the window repeated my order back to me exactly as I requested, confirming it several times. However, when I received my food, it was not what I ordered. When I addressed the issue at the window, the staff member was extremely rude and disrespectful. Her tone over the drive-thru microphone was unprofessional, and her behavior at the window was dismissive rather than helpful. I did not feel that my concern was taken seriously, even though the mistake was not mine. I expect better customer service and professionalism, especially when an order error occurs after being confirmed multiple times. I hope this issue is addressed so other customers do not have a similar experience

  Severely under-staffed and corporation does not care about food quality or food safety at all so they do not impress this on the 2 or 3 employees that seem to be on shift at any given time. New store manager needed, since this is clearly varying from location to location and is NOT time-specific at this location!
