  gave me the most stale mcchicken they had when i ordered a hot nd spicy nd a normal cheeseburger when i ordered a double, lady didnt wanna do her job or sum nd took 20 min for me to get through the drive thru, hire someone who actually wants to work for the love of god

  The worst service ever. We walked in and 3 cashiers were all standing around chatting in the front and totally ignoring us. I said I guess we should just use the computer to order? They just continued to chat. 🙄 When we got the food, the entire order was wrong, big surprise. Will not be back, and these people should be let go.

  So the food is usually pretty good from this location. But the service is garbage. The first time I came here, my daughter's happy meal was handed to me open, and the nuggets box was open and dumped out inside. The second time, I ordered 2 hot honey snack wraps with crispy jalapeños, and they gave me 4 ranch snack wraps, and four buffalo sauce cups for some reason. The girl who brought the food out also asked if it was for me, which...should be obvious? I was the only car parked at curbside. It's honestly confusing because the food is usually prepared well and tastes great at this location, but at the same time, they don't seem to care at all about doing their jobs correctly. I worked in food service for years, it's very easy to do it right. And they're making, what, $20/hr to start now? Please take more pride in giving customers a good experience. Seems like they tipped the Speed<->Quality scale too far in the speed direction. I'd rather wait an extra minute or two for you to do it right

  Just left here today 2/7/26 11:30am manager left the staff alone couldn’t do transactions without once back she took the order with attitude gave no receipt forgot items fry’s have filled Feel bad for the staff higher up should probably check her
