I go through the drive-thru here at this location pretty often to get a diet Dr Pepper after work and I always receive excellent customer service from the young people working the drive-thru

Ordered online, waited, no acknowledgment,
Went to the drive-thru window, employees just glancing over and ignoring me and carrying about their business, eventually someone comes to tell me that they’re closed, after waiting when they could’ve just told me initially, or made made it so I couldn’t order at this location through the app, order was never canceled on their end waited half an hour and still nothing, called customer service, and even less help.

I went through the drive-through this morning, and the person taking my order, seemed annoyed that I was asking for my food to Be made a certain way. And she didn’t even get my whole order, and then when I went up to the window, the person at the window was also rude to me and slammed the window on my face twice while I was talking to her Because she was annoyed with me because I said something about the service That I was getting which Moore was just communication. I Asked to speak to the manager and the manager just said well we’re busy and wouldn’t even take a moment to talk to me or even let me explain what my experience was. She actually looked at me for three seconds and then continued working and walked away from me and then when she came back by the window, I was like well do you think you guys being busy as an excuse for having bad customer service because I’m not being treated right and she’s literally said we’re busy it’s rush-hour and I was going to explain to her that the window was slammed on my face twice, and both girls had an attitude with me, which I did not deserve, but she wouldn’t even take the time to actually speak to me. McDonald’s was one of my first jobs and my parents have friends with owners of two McDonald’s here and I 100% know how they are run and there is no excuse for attitudes windows being slammed on a client‘s face nor the manager not even taking the time to actually speak to you about your concerns and addressing them being busy is not An excuse to be rude. Kindness goes a long way

Purchased 2 cheeseburger happy meals, 2 double cheeseburgers and a $6 double burger meal. Received 2 hamburger happy meals, 2 single cheeseburgers. Manager was extremely rude. When I initially started to check my order before leaving she said in a snotty tone "it's all in there". Failed to initially give me the large ice tea that I ordered. Order was rang in incorrectly. Worst experience ever from beginning to end. Would never recommend this location until manager is replaced with one that understands customer service
