- JWJulean WaddellDec 29, 20251.0This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at a McDonald’s, and it was entirely due to poor management. I placed a breakfast order through the app at 10:20 AM and arrived at the drive-thru at 10:28 AM, before the 10:30 breakfast cutoff. The drive-thru was so poorly managed that I didn’t even get a chance to give my mobile order code until 10:34 AM — which the staff accepted. From there, it took another 10 minutes just to reach the pickup window (around 10:44 AM). At that point, a staff member rudely told me they no longer serve breakfast. I explained that this wasn’t acceptable because I was on time and the delay was caused entirely by how the drive-thru was being run. The General Manager, Rudy, came over and was just as rude and dismissive. He offered no solution, took zero responsibility, and showed no concern for customer service. He simply repeated that they “don’t do breakfast anymore,” as if the situation wasn’t caused by his management. Instead of owning the issue, Rudy made it my fault. This is easily one of the worst examples of management I’ve seen. To the owner of this location: you will lose customers and money with this type of leadership in charge. I won’t be returning.

Just disgusting
