  I’ve been here two days in a row and the morning shift, I’ve had really bad service from. The afternoon shift I’ve had no issues with. I went to grab breakfast yesterday morning, and they were rude, unprepared and careless. They got my order wrong didn’t communicate properly. They made it really difficult. The afternoon shift made my order perfectly and went above and beyond. This morning, I ordered lunch and breakfast. I got nuggets three burgers, a medium fry and a medium drink. I didn't get any condiments. I didn't get a straw for some reason. My fries have no salt when I didn't request This. My fries are full of oil with no salt. My nuggets are stale. I didn't get any barbecue sauce, even though I requested it. I didn't get any ketchup, not sure how I'm gonna eat this or drink this. I also got a McFlurry with no spoon. so how am I supposed to eat my three burgers large fry with no ketchup or no barbecue sauce. How am I supposed to drink my drink with no straw how am I supposed to eat my ice cream with no spoon?? I didn’t get any napkins. Any utensils and any sauces. This was over a $25 order. How rude and careless are your employees?

  03/11 5:40pm. Whatever guy is working the drive through should work on the unnecessary attitude. Gave no response when I told him my order. No acknowledgement, no along if there's anything else I'd like. All I got when I asked if they heard me, all I got was, "I heard you," with heavy attitude. Idk if he's having a rough day, but do better. I'm having a rough day too, that doesn't mean I'm gonna be disrespectful.

  The worst experience I've ever had at anywhere. I'm in my 50's and have never had such horrible service. The counter people were so rude. They dont even have to take the orders because its all kiosk for ordering so all they have to do is put the food on the trays. We waited almost 45 minutes for food. We went up tp the counter after 30 minutes to get our drinks and the lady looked at me and said "can you just wait" then 5 minutes later gave us cups without ice although the ice machine in the lobby was broke and there was no drinking water. We could see half the order sthat was sitting on a try for half the time we waited and when we finally got our food, the order was wrong. Half the food was cold and soggy and we ended up not even finishing our food. The lady even gave my daughter a dirty look when she asked for napkins. The tables were dirty (all of them) the floors and chairs were covered in lettuce and trash. I took my grandkids out for lunch as a treat and the experience was very bad. Avoid this place if you can or expect to be sad and disappointed.

  It's your standard typical McDonald's. The person in the drive through asked us to pull all the way forward after paying and park in a stall to reduce their wait time counter. Still waited 20 minutes for "fast" food. Asked for BBQ sauce for the Big Mac bundle (two big macs, twenty nuggets, two fries) for my son and I, and we got two packets...

  I ordered 2 kids meals and a hamburger with ketchup both with toys that were supposed to be pokemon ocording to their site instead we got some stupid transformer toy that was just marketing their app. As we were eating our food they tasted spicy as if they had hot sauce so when I looked in my burger their was hot sauce no toy no ketchup no respect
