  Hi, today we bought 5 value meals and a combo. I ordered 2 BBQ sauce and 2 honey monster burgers, but they only gave me 2 honey monster burgers. I told them about the BBQ sauce, and they said they'd already given me the free ones that come with each combo, and that I'd have to pay for the other 2. I said okay, but when I got home, surprise! They didn't put in the 5 boxes of 5 nuggets, and one of the sodas had a mosquito inside the lid. It's like they didn't pay attention when they put it in and noticed. It's like the people who work at fast food don't care, like they're giving you the food for free. I don't think that's fair because you're paying for it, they're not giving it away. Also, the spicy sandwiches had burnt lettuce and the chicken was all old. I mean, what's up with that? 😡😡😡😡😡

  If I could put 0 stars I would. Everytime I come here the employees are rude and careless. Today was it for me because while I usually try and be forgiving I waited an hour for my food. I ordered a meal deal through the app and we were told to wait in the parking lot while they made it. 45 minutes later nothing so we pull back in line and we’re waiting at the speaker and no one addresses us. When we finally got our food my fries and my burger were missing from my order. I didn’t get back in line because there were 10 other cars in line. Please do not come to this location and go to another one this place messes up my food all the time and never seems to care about fixing it. Please give me my money back for the missing items I have recipes of it and proof.

  Charged me 2.80 for bacon on my burger and I didn’t get it . When I asked for 1 bbq sauce I was told they charge for them . Now I have nothing to dip my 2 large fries in, my burger is wrong, and they have the nerve to try to charge me for 1 barbecue sauce . Most of the time the fries are not good here . They need to clean the oil fries are soggy and bland . I spent 30$ on food and can’t even get a condiment . Definitely disputing the charge . Do not go to this McDonald’s the rating for this one is a low 30% .Should have known .

  This is the worst McDonald’s branch I’ve been to. The staff’s behavior is unprofessional. The employee interrupts you while you’re speaking, rushes you to place your order, and even closes the drive-thru window while you are still talking. My friend and I have experienced this lack of respect multiple times — not just once or twice. Additionally, the drive-thru sidewalk/curb is in very poor condition, which makes the experience even worse. Overall, this location shows a clear lack of customer service and respect.
