- AAAndrewJan 6, 20262.0I had been coming to this location for years. This morning I pulled up to the drive thru speaker and waited for some time, eventually I heard some muffled noise come thru but couldn't understand it. I said "hello?" And waited a few more minutes. After about 5-10 minutes of waiting I decided to drive up to the window. I tried to explain that I thought the speaker was broke, I couldn't make out what was being said but their employee interjected mid sentence and told me I need to wait at the speaker and shes not going to take my order at the window. You're in a service role, why would you be so rude to a customer right off the bat? Safe to say ill never be going to this location again The only reason im not giving 1 star is because the food is still good and the gentleman inside was helpful.
