A lot of people were struggling with their orders.Saw several people have to go back in and out, it's not that hard you can do better mcdonald's , the only positive was the woman at the first drive through window. She was honest and nice about the. Mcflurry machines.😂 but everything else, terrible, everyone else, terrible.Y'all need to take some customer service lessons from the lady .At the first drive thru window lol 😆 and the whole reason I was told to pull around front was they were waiting on fries and the fries were soggy and trash, not even hot.......

At the next window, an extreemly rude young woman exclaimed "We don't have coffee! I keep tellin' her that!" So I'm like, Ok? Then instead of asking me if I'd like a refund (let alone apologizing) she asks if I want a frappachino instead. I figure it has caffiene in it and I gotta get to work, so she hands me a mostly melted frozen drink along with a bag of food (which isn't even my order). Slow clap, McDonalds. Not that my bar is high for you to begin with, but... wow. How the hell does a McDonalds not have coffee? This location will probably find a way to not have french fries at some point.
