- GCGabriel Cortes5 days ago5.0I came in a few days ago just me and my kid and let me tell you, at first I wasn’t so sure about this place as I’m new around here but we had so much fun thanks to the bowling desk attendant Arianna. She gave us so many recommendations and I’ll tell you they were all worth it, I ended up spending quite a bit of money for just two people but it was all worth it. The food recommendations, the game recommendations, and I’ll be sure to try the drink recommendations because I’ll definitely be coming back with a group of friends some day. I hope Arianna’s there because she made that place feel so comfortable and like I’ve been living there my whole life, 10/10 would recommend.

The wait staff was always coming around to ensure we were taking care of and we got our food in a timely manner. Drink was filled before the drink was half way empty. Definitely will be back

I paid almost 20 bucks for a meal that didn't even have a handful of fries. Overall, I was satisfied and grateful that we managed to gather our entire 8u Football team and the parents as well. Each game costs about $1.75 to play which is probably fair for some “big” games but a complete rip off for tiny dinky games the cost the same for some reason. Out of about 20 plays, 4-6 were broken machines that just took our money. Have to keep complaining and getting refunded. A LOT of broken machines and we eventually gave up on asking for refunds. Service was abysmal. Multiple trips to the host stand to get service. When the food came there were no wraps, no waters, hamburger came out as a cheeseburger for a dairy allergy. Server was nice enough but completely overworked. At checkout they accidentally double charged me and the wait to get that fixed has been about 30 minutes so far. Overall we have spent about 90 minutes on waiting for service in various forms tonight. Doesn’t seem like anyone understands the eat and play promo that is advertised everywhere. They keep try to charge me for it over and over again. Waited around a while for my receipt. Never got a receipt. Understaffed. Really need about double the waitstaff. Food came out quick once it was ordered. Cheeseburger that our toddler couldn’t eat was tasty, just not what we ordered. They were out of chicken strips. Salad was wilted, like it had come in frozen and they defrosted it for our meal. Pizza was a high point of the night. Fries were good. Oranges seemed fresh not frozen. There’s much better managed competition in the “overpriced family fun” category. Doubt we will be back.

It was in the afternoon on a school day so it wasnt busy at all which we enjoyed but literally everything was broken. We wanted to play the VR and the arcades and there were multiple machines shut down with no sign so you wouldnt know until you asked about it. We played a VR game and it literally powered off on us. It was a very bad experience and ruined my childs birthday, they were very upset! We planned on a fun day and were greatly disappointed, wasted my money going here and now we have these game cards and I dont know if I trust going to another location. If the majority of machines are broken it should not be open or at least have signs up.
