There was only one person working. She kept taking orders instead of making sandwiches. Hence, service was slow. Then we paid $22 for a giant turkey sandwich. She didn't put tomatoes in it and very little meat. It was mostly just bread. Someone came out from the back with tomatoes after we received our sandwich. She didn't ask us if we would like tomatoes. So it was turkey, lettuce and bread, mostly bread. We don't plan on eating at a Jimmy John's for a while.

Maverick went above and beyond to accommodate my picky eater . I have been trying really hard to get my son to eat sandwiches and Maverick made it perfectly and my son ate his first sandwhich ever! Thank you again!

Owned and operated by people who don't care. They close up whenever they feel like it, not by posted times. They don't have uniforms. It's like eating at a barn. JJs is too expensive for this treatment, it feels like I'm at Subway. But at least Subway doesn't try to bankrupt me.

Nobody at this store seems to have uniforms. I know they're under new ownership, but how long does it take to get the employees trained and in uniform?
