Offering napkins and plates and making sure your customers have salsa. I ordered a family feast and I had to ask for basic things like napkins and plates. The food was hot and extremely fresh. But that brings down the experience when I have to ask for basic things. I did ask for salsas when I ordered. I checked the bag when I got home and guess what. Not one salsa in the bag. Am I going to go all the way to the store the get salsas that I had already requested. No because it should have been in my bag. As small as this may seem it’s extreamly important to listen to your customers needs.
