Elite. He’s super attentive, always remembers what I like, and has this charm that could probably convince me to try anything on the menu. Every time I walk in and see he’s working, my whole day instantly gets better. If Einstein Bagels ever loses Eric, I might have to stage a protest because I’m lowkey (fine… highkey) obsessed.
