  Sad to see recent one star reviews, been coming to this location for a while for online orders and walk ins, never had an issue. Service is quick, staff is always friendly and willing to help no matter how busy it is. Definitely will continue to come to this location

  Ordered a bakers dozen to go, and all the bagels are flat and way too dense, and therefore hard and chewy. They are clearly over-proofed. Super disappointed. Look how flat and wrinkly mine are compared to Einstein Bros. professional pics...

  Milly and the team working this morning went above and beyond for me and I am so grateful for them. You don't find people out there anymore who really understand the meaning of amazing customer service. You guys saved our hungry team and all was a success because of you. Can't wait to have our meeting bagels next month's first Friday 😍

  I’m writing to share feedback regarding an experience I had today while picking up a takeout order. When I arrived, I checked the order name before taking the bag. Before I could leave, the employee behind the counter loudly asked if the order was for “Caleshia.” I replied that it was for Brooklyn. She responded with a rude look and said, “Okay, take it then,” which felt unnecessarily dismissive. Once I got home, I opened my bagel and found a gnat inside the cream cheese. I immediately called the store to let someone know, as I felt it was important for food safety reasons. The person who answered the phone responded with, “Okay, what do you want me to do about it?” and then offered for me to come back and pick up another bagel. The tone of the conversation felt dismissive and unprofessional. Between the interaction in the store and the response on the phone, the entire experience felt rude and unpleasant. I wanted to bring this to your attention, as this is not the level of service I would expect. Thank you for taking the time to read this.

  Went there at 3 PM 1/19/26. As soon as we walked in this tall heavyset Mexican/Native man working the cash register was an A.S.S. He rudely asked "ARE YOU GONNA ORDER ANYTHING?" While I was trying to see the menu, I wasn't in line I was off to the side. (I am visually impaired and my friend took a photo of the menu to show me). I asked if they had a specific bagel BECAUSE I CANNOT SEE THE SIGNS and he just rudely said "Nope" without even looking up. After the transaction he the. Said "you're good" and I had to request the recept and he said "Receipt?" Snatched it and handed it to me with two fingers as if it was an inconvenience. That dude should be fired if you hate doing your job that much.vAND ON TOP OF THAT, they made the bagel wrong 🤦🏿‍♂️
