  They had no munchkins available, no valentine donuts available either. We went for the special limited tin but couldn’t get it cause they had no munchkins available.

  Today at 11:20 a.m., I went into this Dunkin’ Donuts to get a donut and a coffee after finishing my finals. I waited at the counter for four minutes before ringing the bell, as the two workers were in the back chatting instead of working. Eventually, a lady came and took my order. I ordered my donut and latte and then sat down to wait for my drink. At that time, there was only one other customer, and I could overhear the conversation the workers were having. The second worker (who should be fired) was speaking inappropriately about customers and was using an extremely rude tone with people in the drive-through. By this point, I had already been waiting eight minutes for my latte. I walked up to the pickup counter to see if they were even working on my drink, as I was now the only customer, including the drive-through. When the lady saw me, she looked concerned about where my drink was, since the other worker was supposed to be making it. Before she could say anything, the male worker interrupted and said, “What do you need?” in a clearly frustrated tone, as if I had interrupted his inappropriate, non-work-related conversation. I said, “My drink.” He responded, “We can’t make any lattes right now,” to which the lady corrected him, saying, “It’s just hot lattes, and your drink is right here,” while holding up the empty cup with the drink tag on it. The male worker then became frustrated and made my drink very half-heartedly. This is my usual Dunkin’ Donuts location, and I have never had a bad experience until encountering this employee. Management should seriously reevaluate which employees are competent to work here.

  The employee working alone around noon today on 11/23 was rude and disrespectful. She didn't acknowledge us for 10 minutes, let the lady in front of us ring up her own order! (Literally turned the POS around for her right in front of us) And then when she was taking our order she was short and then when my son said he wanted a donut on the 4th row in the middle she acted like she couldn't understand him and kept pointing to the wrong donuts as if on purpose. I would not recommend this Dunkin' Donut shop to anyone.
