Easy in and easy out - okay food - good price and mostly clean. Waited for my drink for 15 minutes - asked again at the counter and got it within about a minute.

I come here everyday for breakfast & spend over $100 a week at this Duncan Donuts & I will NEVER come here again. They forgot my wake up wrap & took over 15 mins to make me a new one so I wasn’t even able to get the food I payed for because I would’ve missed work. You lost a very loyal customer from displaying HORRIBLE service.

I work in delivery, and this was a total disaster. I had an order for only 6 items, but I waited more than 30 minutes.
The Experience: I stood at the counter for 10 minutes, and the staff completely ignored me. When I finally asked about the order after 25 minutes, the manager in the blue uniform was very rude. She snapped at me: "When it’s ready, we’ll give it to you."
The Facts:
• Order size: Only 6 items.
• Total wait time: Over 30 minutes.
• Service: The manager was disrespectful and unprofessional.
The Only Good Employee: There is another female manager who is usually there. When she is on shift, she always asks who is waiting and gives orders fast. Without her, the service here is "bottom tier" (terrible).
Summary: Please fix your speed and teach your staff how to talk to people. This is unacceptable for a fast-food restaurant.

No sense of urgency here. ive come through here to get coffee on my way to work&job interviews and even when mentioning im on my way to work they act like they have all the time in the world. i have sat behind people in line for 10 mins for them to make 1 coffee. The staff lacks training and speed, when people are getting coffee they usually have somewhere to be. They need to pickup the pace this is why I’m a starbucks customer not a dunkin customer. Dunkin apparently thinks their customer base has 20 minutes to wait on a coffee. The drink tastes good dont get me wrong but yall work at a coffee shop maybe have some espresso before you start working you’re supposed to be alert. You need to be fast paced. Nobody wants to be late to work because you took 20 minutes to make a simple macchiato that Starbucks could make in 10 seconds flat. (2 mins tops actually as i’m exaggerating). Starbucks understands that its customer base is short for time & has high expectations&is busy. You’ll lose every customer to Starbucks 100% with the lack of urgency yall have. I tried to give Dunkin a chance but every single time its like I could’ve driven further down the street to Starbucks- and STILL got my coffee quicker. Yall need to get it together.

Check your receipts, check your order. I was in a rush to work, so I didn't notice that I was giving the wrong food order. This is not the first time that has happened, I let it slide a few days ago - the last time I came here. I can't believe it happened again, I was given the wrong food. Sad because I love this place.
