During the drive-thru, the interaction felt rushed and unfriendly, and the tone of communication made the experience uncomfortable. At the window, the service also felt unwelcoming, which was surprising and disappointing. Customer service plays a big role in representing a brand, especially in a well-known place like this. Accidentally placed the no ice then asked barista if I could get a cup of ice was willing to pay for the cup of ice. Barista said to give him back the cup of coffee. While grabbing the cup of coffee “ if this is what you’re going to do “ and preceding to dump out the coffee and was given half of it. Very unprofessional and unpleasant experience here

He was not welcoming and as a customer we deserve to be welcomed in a store by the employes. I was stading at the counter for a good 10mins to order my food and he was standing right in front of me unbothered that there is someone he should take care of first. Kitchen was a mess and dirty. Just got a hot chocolate and what a bad and pathetic hot chocolate that was. I was really hurt never ever going back there. Dunkin management should take action and train there workers well and teach them some manners first.
