I asked is this oatmilk still. Dude looked at me and said it should be… it was not. Not great first impressions. The sandwich was fine but dont expect your drink adjustment requests to be addressed at this location.

I’ve already reported this, and for some reason the attitude still continues here. every other Duncan they have the best customer service, for some reason this location does not have customer service doesn’t exist. They are so rude and got my order wrong. I did a mobile order. They had plenty of time to get the most simplest order correct but now they got my drink wrong and my food wrong. I specifically said no cheese and no sauce on my wake up wrap, and that wasn’t followed for some reason. my drink was incorrect as well because I asked for cold foam which I paid extra for and I didn’t get it. Not only is my order wrong. The customer service here is awful. I love coming to this location because it’s close by, but I literally drive to a farther location just to get better customer service.
