I don’t understand how this place has a 3.5 rating, something doesn’t add up. They were clearly understaffed, so I don’t fault the employees. I waited about 15–20 minutes in the drive-thru for a latte and couldn’t leave because cars were stuck behind me. When I finally reached the window, my drink still wasn’t ready, and I ended up leaving because I couldn’t wait any longer. Don’t go here unless you want to WAIT!

As a Massachusetts native—the birthplace of Dunkin'—I know exactly how a proper drink is made. I have ordered a Large Iced Dunkalatte with exactly ONE pump of Butter Pecan daily since the drink launched. I am not a casual customer; I know this menu better than the staff at this location apparently does. This morning at 7:24 AM, I experienced a masterclass in poor service and gaslighting. I watched the cashier enter 4 pumps on the screen, corrected him immediately, and he still handed me a cup of syrup. When I asked for a remake, he had the audacity to argue with me, claiming it was 'only one pump' and then tried to lecture me on why I should order something else because HE felt the drink was too sweet. I didn’t ask for a tasting consultant; I asked for the specific order I paid for. The lack of leadership at this store is obvious. No manager stepped in, and no one seemed to care that they were losing a daily regular over a simple remake. I ended up getting a refund and leaving. There are far too many Dunkin’ locations in this area to waste my time with an argumentative staff that can’t follow a simple 1-pump instruction. I won't be back. If management wants to know who responsible for this experience, just check the 7:24 AM shift logs on 12/26/25.

I really shouldn't have given them another chance but I made the mistake due to convenience and I regret it. Had to repeat my order twice at the speaker then once again at the window. Once the two donuts I ordered for the kids were finally given to me they were both smashed into one bag causing the frosting to smear all over the bag and the other donut. If you've ever been around young kids, you know that another flavor touching their donut is an unforgivable sin. I was then asked to pull forward and park (a practice that drive-thru places use that makes ZERO sense) and the drink I was waiting for was brought out to me before another car even left the drive. (again, a practice that makes no sense.) This location has always been sloppy, I shouldn't have tried again, I won't make the mistake in the future.

I can't seem to get a breakfast sandwich in the afternoon even though it's on the menu. I've tried at least 4 times in the last 2 months for my 83yr old mother after her appts or errands. She wants 2 sandwiches for refrigerator treat without cooking. I've heard no eggs, kitchen down, out of croissants, etc. Doesn't seem to really be available in the middle to late afternoon. Well... Take it off the menu if not available! Today I took her to Jack in the Box fir first time. New go-to place???

If there's a dude named Cam he's the best. Get there soon he's about to leave. And their waters are really good.
