So I went in last night to pay for my order I placed and pick it up and there are only two people there nice and quiet. EXCEPT for the manager bitcing and telling off the only other worker saying and I quote “ you need to stop taking every single fricken holiday off” . Seriously you’re yelling at an employee that he wants his holidays to maybe stay with his family. HR and the company needs to do something about this because telling someone they can’t be taking time off like that could have legal consequences. Get your people in order dominos!!! Otherwise the food was too I guess but that what horrible and I will not be ordering there again.

I've never had them until recently cause I like barros and native mostly but I was impressed. The crust is done perfectly if added seasoning. The bbq chicken one was great but only from a few stores. Definitely depends on who's making it

For the past three times I come to pick up my pizza. The app says it’s ready and I see that it barely went into the oven and the employees are either on their phone or talking with each other.

The pizza I picked up 25 min after I ordered it, looks like it had been sitting there under the heat lamps for an entire day. It was dry. The crust was stale. Really not good.

Policy Issue: Store Credit Requires Additional Spending & Complicates Delivery
This is the third time I've encountered a frustrating issue when trying to redeem an issued store credit (as compensation for a previous order).
After applying the credit, your system consistently requires us to pay a small additional amount, often $2 to $3, which must be covered by a separate payment method or gift card. While $3 seems small, this nickel-and-diming adds up, and it completely defeats the purpose of the store credit.
The problem is compounded by your minimum delivery requirement: it is extremely difficult, if not impossible, to use the full value of a store credit without being forced to spend additional money out of pocket just to complete the transaction. In essence, we cannot fully use the credit that was issued to us unless we are ready to spend more cash.
Management needs to review this policy. A store credit should cover the cost it was intended for without requiring supplemental payment.
