Manger Olivia was very unprofessional as she hung up on me twice she was rude arrogant and dismissive. She lacks the ability to resolve an issue or accommodate a unhappy customer. I ordered food for my family and I understood it was going to be a long wait it's a holiday. However after receiving a message that my order had been delivered I went to go grab it and there was no order so I decided to check my cameras thinking maybe someone took my food. Then I see that the driver pulls up doesn't even look up from his phone to see if he has the right house. Then he drives off. Then he pulls up to my another house across the way and leaves my food there. So I called to let them know and have my food remade I'm Then told it's going to be about another hour. So my wife offers to go pick up the order with the return of the delivery fee and tip. Olivia agree
