  Food delivered to the wrong table confused customers proceeded to eat it. Waitress was non-existent ended up leaving after an hour of waiting for appetizers. This was our first time at dave and busters and we will never bother trying it again.

  Large location, it has the human claw machine, and the good basically stops there. Half of the machines were broken yesterday, some employees wanted to be anywhere but there. Rough area and rough crowd all around. Won't be back to this location for a long time.

  Walked in, didn't know they were closing early. There were 4 staff members up front who watched us go to the kiosk, stand there deciding on packages, pay and receive cards. Not a single person said a word to us until we asked what section was open for dining. Only at that point did someone actually explain that they were closing in 3 minutes. Had to wait on a manager to get the charge voided. A completely ridiculous waste of time.

  Came here on a whim, sat ourselves. Our waiter Jordan waa quick to assist us. Unfortunately there was a system error/shut down that caused staff to lose 3/4 of our order and Manager Amelia & Waiter Jordan were quick to rectify the situation with a comped bill, free slushies for the kids, I still wanted to tip our waiter so I had asked to tack it on to a game card - in which they comped as well! I wish I had the name of who helped us at the human claw machine, as kids ended up being too afraid to do it, so they allowed the youngest to jump on in there and grab what she wanted. In the end with the assistance of a bartender, I was able to force a tip on Mr. Jordan lol. The staff here truly went ABOVE & BEYOND customer service! We left shocked and grateful at all of the accommodations made for us. You all are awesome! Many blessings, Merry Christmas, & Happy New Year!

  First time at D&B and we were wildly disappointed. We were told drinks were included in the game play/food package at the front desk when we were asking questions. To our surprise, they were not included. No big deal. But the food.... not even sure what that was. We both ordered the chicken finger meal and instead of chicken fingers, we got chicken finger nails. I've seen more chicken on a single chicken wing. The fries weren't hot, and there was cilantro and green onions? In the coleslaw.. service wasnt great either. He asked twice if we wanted lemons and then didnt bring the lemons. I ordered ranch with my meal, no ranch came. We didnt get napkins and silverware until after the food was at the table and we flagged him down for it. Sweet gentleman though. The games were decent overall. There were lot of broken games that we wasted points on unfortunately because the card reader wasnt taped off. A lot of games that are "coming soon" and unplayable. Definitely NOT worth it on any day that isn't half price games. The only amazing thing they had was the VR Godzilla game. We had an absolute blast on that one!! Definitely going to try out other arcades before thinking about coming back.
