  They don't have hamburgers nor fries ..a hot dog at the window like a bag lunch with chips ..really weird....what happened? I must have missed something

  Disappointing customer service. I arrived around 10:35 PM and was told they were out of the first item I tried to order. I then attempted to order a smoothie and was told the blenders were down for the night, but this wasn’t communicated upfront. The employee initially said yes, then changed to no, and seemed confused and unprepared. I also felt rushed, even after asking twice for a moment to decide. Ultimately, this location lost two sales due to poor communication and lack of preparedness. If certain items or equipment aren’t available, that should be clearly expressed before customers start ordering—especially that close to closing time.

  Each DQ will be different state to state, but I am NOT a fan of this one! Pay for extra snickers, amd I want trying to figure out do they use a baby spoon b/c there were no extra snickers. I know how I like my order amd I am definitely aware that a blizzard is mixed..so for the I guess manager to talk to me in a condescending tone should have been my que to walk away amd just go to ColdStone. No problem paying for extra anything if that is what I would have received! He gave me one price, I asked what the additional price was for he said extra snickers. I should have looked at my receipt right then, so that is in me, but why LIE to get $.87 tip!!! I did NOT hit any tip amount young man and you should have been honest. Goes to show the integrity and character of this location. Let alone, they do not make it in front of you here, so I do not know if she wore gloves but when asked for a lid. She handed it to me bare handed🤢. Needles to say, I was sick to my stomach 2 straight days. Pay attention people, make sure they wear gloves, check your receipt and make sure you pay what is stated, also the card machine is quick to add the tip without you pushing anything b/c I didn't push any tip!
