While the dining area was already being cleaned and prepped for the night, we were still greeted kindly by Patricia, who took our order. She was incredibly warm, attentive, and generous — truly one of the best experiences we’ve ever had at a Chipotle. She handled every guest with genuine care and positive energy, even as closing time approached. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience didn’t match her effort. We waited several minutes at the register while one employee stood nearby without acknowledging us. When we were finally checked out, the cashier seemed disengaged and dismissive. Despite the mixed service, Patricia’s professionalism and kindness stood out and deserve recognition. We hope management notices her great work — she made what could have been a forgettable late-night visit into a genuinely pleasant one.

I don’t expect them to be going lightning speed but jesus christ if you see a line of that many people maybe don’t scoop the food the speed of a sloth. Some people don’t have 30+ minutes to spare to wait in line for food. (I walked out because there was still 8 people in front of me after waiting 15 minutes.) I rarely leave reviews or am bothered by anything in public places but damn I’ve never seen workers moving that slow before
