The customer service is non-existent, portions are incredibly small and food quality is surprisingly bad. My last and final time I ordered delivery from this establishment there were no beans, no queso, or side salsas all which I paid for with no refund. The rice was also hard. Save your money and time and go to the location on broadway.

She was snotty the whole time putting food in our bowls and just slopped it in like she was annoyed to be working. Barely put any decent portions and had to ask 3 times for more rice. The guac was brown and runny and the food was not the best, everything tasted off. While eating the grill guy and two females were talking about disgusting topics that should have been saved for a more private time. My husband and daughter both were ill all night with their stomachs. They had the same food. I’m so glad we don’t live in this area as our chipotle at home is clean and staff actually want to work and are kind. The only thing I can say that was good was the kind cashier (blonde young lady) who was very sweet. Drive a few miles any other direction to eat anywhere else but here.
