  They were busy when I got there with a line of people waiting on more steak which is fine. The steak was undercooked when I got home with my bowl. Would’ve rather waited a bit longer then potentially get sick. Staff was kind but undercooked steak if crazy

  Their bowls are awesome. I'm not a vegetarian but I still really liked the vegetarian selection.

  I was so excited to visit new location and disappointed in my El Pastor chicken bowl to find a human hair and get my gums cut from chicken bone very distraught. Very disturbed please chipotle do better…

  I am extremely disappointed and honestly shocked by the behavior of an employee named Haley at the E Broadway Rd, Tempe location of Chipotle Mexican Grill. This happened on February 16 at around 9:00 PM. My husband and I were placing our order with her. She greeted us at first, but the moment I began explaining my order, her entire attitude changed. I was ordering the same meal I always order at every Chipotle location. No one has ever been confused by it before. Instead of listening patiently, she became visibly irritated and told me in a rude and arrogant tone that my customizations would be charged extra. I have never been charged extra for this order anywhere else. When my husband tried to calmly explain, she started mumbling under her breath and passing comments about us. She was openly mocking and taunting us while making the food. This was not a misunderstanding, it was pure attitude. Out of frustration, she intentionally left out items from my husband’s order, including guacamole, sour cream, and green chili salsa, even after we clearly asked for them. To make things worse, she told us “not to show attitude” in front of the manager on duty and a line of customers standing behind us. We were left standing there feeling embarrassed and insulted. No customer deserves to be spoken to like that. Her behavior showed a complete lack of respect, patience, and basic professionalism. Not once did she apologize. Instead, she continued with a bitter, hostile attitude the entire time. This was by far the most disrespectful experience we have ever had at any Chipotle location. Haley did not just ruin our order, she ruined our entire evening. This kind of behavior should not be tolerated in any customer-facing role.

  I have never felt the need to leave a review until now, over this weekend I was on the other side of the valley and accidentally had a mobile order for this location. I couldn’t cancel after placing it and was too far to pick it up so I just had something else to eat. Today I ordered the same thing from this location and they gave me my food before the pickup time and the food was completely cold and I’m 99% sure that they gave me my past order from the other day.
