  If you guys are ready to get scammed and leave with heartburn on your first trip to phoenix this is the place to do it. You can start by getting in long slow moving line. Prices look fair on the menus but everything has a hidden up charge. They got small stickers on the front of the glass with tiny print explaining the up charges that you will learn about AFTER you complete your order. A simple bowl of veggies 🥗 (salad) with a little bit of chicken cost the equivalent of buying a bag of salad, a bottle of ranch dressing (which they don’t have) and a whole freshly cooked chicken from a grocery store in a small bowl. After grab your food go ahead and sit your self down on a hard wooden seat on a dirty table. You can pick out your table to your desired level of dirtiness medium to lots of dirt, crumbs and even boogers from the kids wiped on the table. I should probably be more understanding, cause if they wiped the tables clean with the intention of keeping their customers healthy the salad would probably have an upcharge of $50 more. I have eaten at plenty of other restaurants that serve similar food and bowls and the portions you receive are much larger and well worth the money. I held back the picture of snot on the other table. …….I know we won’t be using this business to Cater to our construction projects.

  An amazing experience from start to finish. Especially Freddy, he went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect he was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely made the visit feel special. The food was incredible, and the recommendations he gave were spot-on. The vibe of the place is unmatched. Great energy, relaxed atmosphere, and everyone there was extremely welcoming. You can tell this is the kind of place that values community and good service. From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable and taken care of. If you’re looking for great food, great people, and a great environment, Kava is absolutely worth checking out. I’ll definitely be coming back.

  I usually don’t write reviews, but I felt it was important to share what happened during my visit today. I came with my son, who comes here regularly, and this was my first time at this location. I had hoped it would be a fun, welcoming experience for both of us, but unfortunately, it was anything but. One of your staff members, Gino, treated me rudely and made me feel uncomfortable and anxious while we were there. By the time we I home, I felt really shaken and overwhelmed. I understand everyone can have a rough day, but that shouldn’t affect the way customers are treated. This interaction has left me hesitant to return, which is especially disappointing because my son enjoys visiting CAVA and just wanted me to join him and give it a try. But On a positive note, Alexus was friendly and patient, taking the time to explain the toppings, and I truly appreciated that. Unfortunately, her kindness couldn’t make up for the overall negative experience.

  I want to start off by saying I usually enjoy coming here but I don't go through the line I usually order online for my break but my mom decided to join me for lunch so we went through the line and Gino was really rude and had my mom feeling tense and uncomfortable which she told me tonight. And Honestly, this experience has me thinking twice about coming back, which sucks cause I usually enjoy this spot it was her first time here wished she'd have had a better experience she should not have been rushed or felt like she was an issue i would like to contact a manager regarding this sometime this week

  I had a very upsetting experience at CAVA today due to an employee named Gino. He was extremely rude to my aunt while she was ordering, to the point that she was in tears later today. There was no reason for the attitude or lack of basic respect. Customers deserve to be treated with kindness and patience, especially in a food service environment. Her experience completely ruined what should have been a simple meal for her, and it’s disappointing that behavior like this is allowed. She was simply just trying to order food
